How can we help?

Purchases & subscriptions

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to buy, open the app, go to its Settings (or the paywall screen) and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to us, so they follow you to any device signed in with that account.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On iPhone or iPad: open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. On Mac: open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings › Subscriptions › Manage. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple processes all App Store payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly, but if something isn't working, tell us — we'd love the chance to fix it.

Does Family Sharing work?

Where Family Sharing is enabled for an app or subscription, it's shown on the App Store listing. When available, eligible purchases can be shared with up to five family members.

Why was I charged after a free trial?

Free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The price and renewal period are shown before you start the trial. You can review all subscriptions in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

Data, sync & privacy

Where is my data stored?

Most data stays on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, it's stored in your private iCloud account by Apple and we can't read it. Some features (for example, AI features or accounts) may process data on our servers or those of trusted providers — always described in the Privacy Policy and, for AI, only after you consent.

My data isn't syncing between devices.

Check that every device is signed in to the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is on, and the app is enabled under Settings › [your name] › iCloud. Make sure you're on Wi-Fi or have mobile data enabled for the app, and that you have free iCloud storage. Open the app on each device and give it a minute to sync.

How do I delete my data or account?

Apps with accounts include Delete Account in their settings. You can also email us — see Data Deletion for full instructions and what gets removed.

Do you sell my data or show tracking ads?

No. We never sell personal information. If an app ever shows ads or uses data to track you across other companies' apps or websites, it will ask first through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can say no without losing core features.

AI features

Are AI features on by default?

No. Any feature that sends your content to an AI service outside your device asks for your explicit permission first, explaining what's sent and to whom. You can withdraw consent at any time in the app's settings. Read the AI Use & Consent Policy.

Is my content used to train AI models?

No. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we choose AI providers whose terms prohibit using our customers' API data to train their models.

The AI gave me a wrong answer.

AI can make mistakes and isn't a substitute for professional advice. Please use the in-app report option or email us with details so we can improve safeguards.

Troubleshooting

The app crashes or won't open.

Try these steps in order: update the app from the App Store; update your device's OS; restart the device; if it still fails, delete and reinstall (sync your data first if you rely on iCloud). Then email us with your device model, OS version and app version.

Widgets or complications aren't updating.

Open the app once to refresh its data, check Background App Refresh is on (Settings › General › Background App Refresh), and make sure Low Power Mode is off. On Apple Watch, make sure the companion app is installed.

How do I report a bug?

Use the contact form and choose “Bug report”. Include what you expected, what happened, steps to reproduce, and screenshots if possible.
